We inspect the device and carry out the selected repair. If diagnosis shows different work is needed, we contact you before any additional repair charges.
Repair & return
We test the completed repair and send your device back using the return shipping service selected at checkout.
Repair time ≠ mail-in turnaround.
HDMI repairs typically involve about one hour of bench work. Total mail-in time also includes shipping, the repair queue, diagnosis, approval, testing, and return delivery. Contact us for current expectations.

What should I pack?
Use a sturdy shipping box with cushioning on all sides so the console cannot move. Remove game discs and detachable accessories. Do not include controllers, loose batteries or accessories unless requested. Include your order number and contact details. Do not ship a swollen, leaking, overheating, damaged or recalled battery through this checkout; contact us first.
Does “no signal” mean a broken HDMI port?
Not always. A cable, display setting, port, or another component can cause the same symptom. If practical, try a known-working HDMI cable and another display input first. We confirm the fault through diagnosis.
How much will shipping cost?
Checkout calculates the carrier charge for each direction from your address and packed-box weight and dimensions. Standard and Overnight are selected separately. Overnight appears only where an eligible one-day carrier service is available; used devices with lithium batteries travel by eligible ground services in this online flow. Shipping speed is not a repair turnaround promise.
When will I get my console back?
Ask our team for current mail-in turnaround expectations. About one hour of repair work is bench time, not a delivery promise. Shipping, the queue, diagnosis, approval, parts availability, and testing all affect the total time.
What about payment, warranty, or an unrepairable console?
Your selected repair and both shipping legs are paid securely at checkout. If the fault needs a different repair, we contact you before additional charges. For warranty coverage, diagnosis-only cases, or a device you believe may be unrepairable, contact our team before purchasing.
Should I send my login or passcode?
Do not include passwords or payment information in your request. Back up data where possible and ask our team whether access is needed for diagnosis or testing.
